We offer beauty and wellness treatments, digital vouchers, and professional training courses. All services are clearly described on the website.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Courses & Trainings
Non-refundable once confirmed. Date changes possible up to 10 days before the course.

Treatments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Digital Products (vouchers, PDFs)
Non-refundable once delivered.

4. Booking Confirmation

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after payment. Please ensure your email is correct at checkout.

5. QR Code Validation

Digital vouchers and promo offers are delivered with a QR code. Customers must present the QR code on arrival. Misuse or sharing of QR codes is prohibited.

6. Privacy

We protect your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Data is never shared without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms

Clarissaglow Academy may update these terms at any time. Changes apply immediately once published.
